In spring the scents of vegetables and aromatic herbs, in winter the flavours of game, mushrooms, truffles, polenta and in every season the cheeses and fish from our lake (depending on the catch of the day).
Every Sunday for lunch the typical Tignalese SPIEDO on a wood fire with polenta (reservation is appreciated!). All seasoned with excellent Tignale extra virgin olive oil and accompanied by a good wine , the choice ranges from Lake Garda wines, to Valpolocella, Trentino wines and many national labels.
And to finish, a digestive grappa or a delicious limoncello, both made using the most traditional methods.
