Only stone-ground flour type 1, extra virgin olive oil DOC, salt, water and yeast. The long leavening and maturation process lasts from 48 to 72 hours and gives the dough lightness and digestibility. In addition, our pizzas are topped only with fresh and high-quality ingredients.
