We offer the famous and typical "Risotto all'Isolana" (with pork, veal, rosemary, parmesan and cinnamon) and also various risottos, and tagliolini with donkey, duck and with seasonal vegetables, with mushrooms, with black truffle from our hills (when I find it), grilled meat, all dishes with ingredients chosen by me with care and passion for cooking.
