In spring the scents of vegetables and aromatic herbs, in winter the flavours of game,ย mushrooms,ย truffles, polenta and in every season the cheeses andย ย fish from our lake (depending on the catch of the day).
Every Sundayย for lunch the typicalย Tignaleseย SPIEDOย ย on a wood fire with polenta (reservation is appreciated!). All seasoned with excellentย ย ย Tignaleย ย extra virgin olive oil and accompanied by a good wineย , the choice ranges from Lake Garda wines, to Valpolocella, Trentino wines and many national labels.
And to finish, aย digestiveย grappaย ย or a deliciousย ย limoncello,ย ย both made using the most traditional methods.
